To train the dealership of a leading manufacturer of hardware products on specific skills related to selling its products

The Solution

Over 2500 dealers working with the client company were trained by Centum Learning on a unique sales model. The model acquainted them with a unique selling process to win the battle in a crowded market place. The model was titled ‘Gupt’ (A Secret) and its steps included:

This selling methodology was a part of a comprehensive dealer empowerment programme – designed and delivered by Centum Learning for the dealers  located across India.
